Our Manufacturing Process

Delivering consistent, high-quality biomass pellets through a clean, efficient, and fully controlled production system.

1. Raw Material Collection

We source clean agro-residue from nearby regions of Jharkhand, Bihar, and West Bengal, all within a 100 km radius of our Dhanbad unit.
This ensures:

  • Lower procurement cost

  • Consistent year-round availability

  • Fresh, high-energy raw material

  • Reduced logistics & handling time

Commonly used materials include rice husk, rice straw, mustard husk, wheat straw, sawdust, maize cob waste, groundnut shells, cotton agro-waste, and sugarcane bagasse—making our pellets economical, reliable, and environmentally sustainable.

2. Controlled Drying & Pre-Processing

Collected agro-residue is carefully pre-processed to achieve the ideal size and moisture balance required for pelletization. The material undergoes:

  • Shredding for uniform particle size

  • Sieving to remove impurities

  • Controlled drying to bring moisture below 12%

This ensures consistent feedstock quality, improves combustion efficiency, enhances calorific value, and increases pellet durability—resulting in a reliable, industry-grade output.

3.Pellet Pressing & Formation

The prepared biomass powder is fed into our high-density pellet presses, where it is compacted under high pressure to form durable 6–8 mm pellets. No chemicals or binders are added—natural lignin in the biomass acts as the binding agent.
This step ensures:

  • Uniform pellet size & density

  • High calorific value (4000–4500 kcal/kg)

  • Low ash and minimal dust formation

  • Strong, moisture-resistant pellets ideal for industrial use

Our advanced press technology guarantees consistent quality, making every batch suitable for boilers, furnaces, and commercial heating systems.

Before dispatch, every batch of pellets undergoes strict quality inspection to ensure consistency and performance. Our team checks:

  • Calorific value

  • Moisture content

  • Ash percentage

  • Pellet durability & density

  • Dust and fines level

Once approved, the pellets are machine-packed in moisture-resistant bags, ensuring freshness and long shelf life.
Each packaged batch is weighed, sealed, labeled, and prepared for safe, long-distance transportation, guaranteeing that customers receive high-quality pellets every time.
